Recipie #2......... Dark Chocolate Coffee infused Pressure Cooker Cake
I have always loved watching these cookery channels, especially the TLC channel, I mean omg the stuff they show on it especially food.
So here is another recipe I tried and let me tell you that I don't have an oven so I found my ways to get it done.
You could also make it easily at home all you need is patience.
Equation to follow :
Flour + Baking powder + Baking soda + coffee + coco powder + powdered sugar ----------> Mixture of dry ingredients
3) Now Mix all the wet ingredients in the bowl , that is 2 eggs + butter + curds + chocolate chips
4) Line the aluminium cake container with butter and butter paper
5) Mix all the above ingredients thurly and make sure you have a fluffy cake batter
6) Empty the cake mixture in the tin and place it in the cooker over a platform on the sand,( you could use a small bowl to make it in the cooker )
7) Wait for 45 min and later check if the cake is done.
#How do you check if its done huh ?
Place a toothpick inside the cake and if it comes out clean , your cake is ready to go .
You could decorate the cake in so many ways ,
1) By simply showering it with powdered sugar
2) Using readymade cream frosting over it
3) Some drizzle of honey
4) With some chocolate syrup and top it with some sugar flowers.
